Basic web site finally up, running and stable at last. It’s been a bit of an up hill struggle over Xmas – but it can only get better from here……. Scott

This has been one of the easiest online booking in systems that I have used. Website easy to navigate and useful to find out what vehicles have been entered to meet up with old friends. This show will go from strength to strength and will be a must do attend event. Chris, vehicle entry 200.

Really enjoyed the show today (Sun 28th Aug). We thought the Firepower display was awesome! Can we offer some suggestions for next year? It would be helpful if vehicle exhibitors could put up a board describing the vehicle. When it was made, where it was used, what it's role was, which vehicle did it supercede, which vehicle has taken it's place. If you haven't already done so, it would be good if serving members of the armed forces could be invited to attend and if possible display units as well. Keep up the good work. Bob Gilston and family

My grandson came to your show with his dad for a treat on his 7th birthday. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! he was too young - we were told - to go on the mini quads. The fun fair consisted of one ride and a slide!!! He enjoyed the tank ride with his dad at the cost of £10. He spent an hour there - WALKED ROUND THE TANKS THREE TIMES - and then was bored. YOUR ADVERT MADE IT ALL SOUND VERY EXCITING - NO MENTION OF THE FACT THAT THE SHOW WAS BETTER SUITED TO DEDICATED TANK ENTHUSIASTS!! IN ALL FAIRNESS MENTION IN YOUR ADVERT THAT THIS SHOW IS FOR TANK ENTHUSIASTS WOULD BE ONLY FAIR TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

A great event, enjoyable day out, only gripe,(in a kind way) is that perhaps their is not enough for the public to do as the majority of the vehicles are locked up, so the public may not stay as long as hoped. Another thing is maybe bigger MBT type vehicles could be introduced to the show, but overall, well worth the time to go. Looking forward to next year.

Really enjoyed the show, we brought out 3 year old and he loved it. There was just one thing which spoiled the day a bit. We were told at the gate that once our hand was stamped we could come and go as we pleased so as our little one was so exhausted by the morning we took him home for a nap to get back intime for the car crushing at 4.30 as per the programme. We arrived back at 4.15 to see crushed cars being taken away, the even had gone on earlier, which was a bit annoying as our son was really excited about it and we missed it.

Thank you for your comments / suggestions good and bad. This is only the second year the show has been running and we are still learning and your input is one of the best ways for us to improve the show, once again the British weather was against us. Just to answer a couple of questions that has been raised: We do aim to get some MBT’s at the show next year costs permitting. The car crushing was brought forward following a request from a member of the public as he had to get his son home by five – I’m so sorry your son missed it – could you email your contact details and we’ll see what we can sort out for you. I’m so sorry your grandson and his father didn’t enjoy the show, the majority of visitors were family groups and a large amount of visitors came back the following day for another day out. I don’t know which day you came but the funfair certainly consisted of more than one ride and a slide. The show is a military themed show, that aside we don’t want you to feel hard done to. Please contact me via the email on our contacts page and we'll do our best to make it up to your grandson and his father. For some reason the dates have been missed off your comments, another thing to fix! Please keep your comments coming – best regards Scott

Hi Scott. thanks for your reply to my comments. my grandson did enjoy his time with your show however it was i think for the enthusiast rather than the general public. many others enjoyed it as seen from their comments and i am glad it was a success for you. pity about the weather though!!

Thanks to all the team for the efforts on making this an enjoyable experience, it can be a little bit pricey to go on things, £5 on some was a bit to much for what it offered. It would of been nice if some of the exhibits was more accessible, as people like to sit, touch and feel, although I can understand why the owners prefer not to allow this, the stalls were good, plenty of military stuff to browse through. I know this is your second attempt and things will only improve with knowledge, but a great effort nevertheless. Roll on the next one. Best wishes to you all. Tracey. From Coventry.
